Patrick B. Almond serves as the Director of Transportation for Liberty Logistics
Solutions, LLC, where he develops and implements strategies to ensure seamless
intrastate and interstate delivery operations. His expertise spans route optimization,
regulatory compliance, team training, and advanced technologies that enhance delivery
precision and cost efficiency. Patrick excels in building strategic partnerships with
clients, government entities, and carriers to secure contracts and manage high-priority
cargo clearance. He has specialized knowledge in rail, air pods, sea pods, line haul
operations, and contracted bus services, delivering comprehensive transportation
solutions across diverse networks.
In addition to his current role, Patrick founded Spearhead of All Logistics, LLC, a non-
emergency medical transportation company, and Elite Logistics Solutions, LLC, a global
logistics firm specializing in Last Mile Logistics and freight shipping. Through these
ventures, he achieved significant growth, including a 35% revenue increase for
Spearhead and a 25% improvement in delivery efficiency for Elite Logistics.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University and a Master of
Science from Kansas State University. He began his military career in 1988, serving in
Europe and the Middle East during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Commissioned into the U.S. Army in 1997, he served 21 years, retiring as a Lieutenant
Colonel in 2018. Patrick led global logistics operations during his military tenure and
completed advanced education programs, including the Command and General Staff
College and Battalion & Brigade Command Course.
