Maurice "Moe" Green, serves as the Director of Operations for Liberty Logistics
Solutions, LLC, where he develops and implements strategies to ensure seamless intrastate and interstate delivery operations. He is a distinguished military graduate of South Carolina State University, he built an exemplary 25-year career in the U.S. Army. Hailing from Timmonsville, South Carolina, Moe entered the Army in 2002 as an Air Defense Artillery Officer, and has since gained extensive experience in combat operations, supply chain management, law enforcement, and governance through service at the company, battalion, brigade, division, corps, joint, and Department of the Army levels. Moe's leadership abilities have been widely recognized. In 2015, he was selected as the U.S. Army Fellow to the International Association of Chiefs of Police, where he served as a National Instructor of Leadership. He then took on the role of Deputy Brigade Commander for the Army's largest Military Police Brigade, overseeing 4,250 soldiers across five Combat Support Military Police Battalions and one Civil Affairs Battalion. Moe was subsequently chosen as the 45th Commander of the world's only Airborne Military Police Battalion, responsible for training, equipping, sustaining, and deploying paratroopers to protect America's vital interests globally. Throughout his distinguished career, Moe has consistently demonstrated his ability to excel in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. His proven track record as a peacetime and wartime problem-solver makes him a valuable asset, and his commitment to producing excellence is unparalleled." In 2021, Maurice transitioned from an active military career to join Amazon, where he immediately made an impact. As the operations leader for one of Amazon's largest robotic fulfillment centers in Baltimore, Maurice drove a 15% increase in productivity during the 2021 peak holiday season, even as the nation was still recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic. He then launched a new 1.2 million square foot AMXL facility in Huntsville, Alabama, serving as the site leader and general manager responsible for all operations. In 2024, Maurice returned to Fayetteville, North Carolina to lead the launch of Amazon's newest supply chain innovation, the National Inbound Cross Dock (nIXD), where he now serves as the inbound senior operations manager.
